🧵 Custom & Personalized Items
All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. This includes any item made specifically to your request.

📦 Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
We accept returns on non-custom items within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Item must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We only cover return shipping if the item arrives damaged or defective

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
